Suggestions for a Motherboard..

I am currently unsatisfied with the motherboard i have now. I plan to buy a new one, but i don't know where to start.

I currently have a mid-tower case. If needed I may spend more to get a compatible CPU and RAM. At this point, I could swing either towards Intel or AMD. Looking for a motherboard within the price range of $70-$150.

Currently...
Mobo: MSI Ms -7641
CPU: AMD FX 4300
GPU: xfx R9 270X
PSU: 630w
8 GB of RAM (1333 mhz)

what is wrong with your motherboard now?

what problems you are encountering? maybe there are suggestions we can offer (not me maybe others) but atleast telling others what sort of problems you are encountering. probably you can save money instead. you never know might be other components instead

I want to buy a more capable CPU, (ex: FX 8320) but it seems my motherboard wouldn't be able to handle it. Plus it only has a PCI 2.0 x16 slot and two slots for RAM. I intend for my computer to be a gaming rig, (at least as close as it could be) and my motherboard seems to be holding it back.

1. Rosewill 630w (Green series)
2. I guess i can drop another $140 if i were to buy the CPU separately. But a CPU/Mobo combo would be highly favorable (under $280)

I don't know the brand of the RAM. But I believe the case is one by Cyberpower PC, as for what model of case I have no idea. Sorry

Thanks for your suggestion, I think i might get that motherboard. But if i were to get an Intel CPU I would probably get a Core i5. So i'll probably drop a couple bucks more on it.
