I agree, about the Seasonic you linked to anyway. I'm not familiar with Rosewill so I have no opinion there.

It's cool, 2 items from the OP's post, the first was any, next was price vs. part he "liked". sometimes it is hard to decipher an OP's intent.

Here is a listing of PSU's sorted from price for you.
Look over them, and any good units from 450 to 700 watts will work for you.

You can decide your price point but check the dimension's of your PSU/case, if you want to try to use another with your HP case.
Remember, as pointed out before, HP has a LOT of parts made only for them [proprietary} so unless your having issues with the system now, you could open a can of worms
If the look of the wiring is what's really bothering you, don't fret it, after all, it's a pre-built budget pc , not hand build show case.

EDIT It's very possible it has a Micro SFX PSU Athena , so best to measure..........

You need to look over this page and see if your HP model is listed.

If it is you may be out of luck, that looks to be a very small size PSU in your pictures, and as small of the space is in the pictures, you may be stuck with it.

Not so sure Modular will have enough room since they have a hard plug on the end of wire group, the wires will stick back farther than what you have.
The cost to get a aftermarket PSU that will fit will be expensive just to get less wires showing if it
