Hi can anyone tell me the latest zotac firestorm the one on there site looks like an old one v1.0.44.088 tried this but its unsafe when you set profile with fans on auto say pro 1, then make another profile on auto say 2, then go back to 1 or go to boost it sets fan's to manual, unknowing this you bench and find temps go high, so be extra careful. ok got 2.0.5 firestorm on cd the only thing wrong with that it can't find die size.
so tried v2.1.2 ok the difference in the 2 versions.
v2.0.5 no die size, "unknown"
But the voltage can be unlocked on this, good thing if needed and found that when benching on full clocks runs 99% cpu used and only uses 1.5 power consumption temp 65c and benchmark scores are very high. ware as
V2.1.2 die size works 561/28nm
you can't turn on voltage control says you can but it don't work.
ok set to the same oc,clock settings as v2.5. cpu runs 100% ,the power consumption 1.8 and the the temp 68c,benchmark score is lower at least 100 points . I've run these test lots of times with the same out come. v 2.0.5 runs better.
But what also bugs me what is the latest version. nobody got release dates.
