Nvidia FX5500 256mb(forsa. worst card i have ever had, and not much faster than 9250) --slow and unreliable--
Nvidia 6800XT(256mb AGP, biostar) --really bad, 64bit bus made it hopeless--
Nvidia 7600GS(Gigabyte, 256mb AGP) --way better than hopeless 6800xt, had to add a fan to stop it overheating--
Nvidia 9500GT(forsa, 1gb ddr2) --my first pci-e card--
Nvidia GTS450(forsa, 1gb gddr5)
AMD Radeon HD6870(MSI, 1gb gddr5) --loved this card,--
AMD Radeon R9-270x(MSI, 2gb gddr5) --really happy with this card--

I still have all of these cards except the rage 128 and fx5500(strapped some fire crackers to it after upgrading :laugh:

lol at least the fx5500 went out with a bang. I've still got an old 5500ultra or w/e but it currently has no cooler. why they bothered making a 5500ultra is beyond me... but w/e... I got it from a friend of mine after i built his rig for him. now its just... there lol. it was an old agp 4x/8x model. also... srry your first pci-e card was soo limited by the ddr2... I got one off of someone here that had ddr3 at least. not a bad card and as far as i know it still works (pretty much an 8600gt)

haha yea i remember those turbo buttons too... which were ironically named since pressing turbo actually just enabled full speed, where as having turbo off ran the cpu at about 1/2 or 1/3 speed, depending on how it was set up.
