Flash problem with browsers

The Problem is using win8 64bit, at beginning like year ago or so I haven't had the problem, but then it started, no matter what browser I choose sometimes flash buttons not working, sometimes flash content not loading.I did everything reinstalled adobe flash,adobe flashwave,java ect. BUt still I experiencing those problems with loading flash things, and its absolutely on every browser. Do I need to reinstall windows? Because my wife Laptop has no problems. Checked with viruses or other nasty things nothing where found.
If anyone had experienced same would like to get some advise othervise I will reinstall windows.

Security settings.... add.on, plug,ins.... adblock... are frecuent source of these pbroblems.

Not sure, its everything on default,and when I click like flash link it opens new tab,but its just plain white page but sometimes when I restart browser it opens like it should, and that same for every browser

Not sure if its done the trick,but uninstalled antivirus just in case,and so far it works fine but still need to check couple of other sites

Cant believe it was antivirus fault, everything works, and I had experienced this problem for almost year, not gonna use antivirus anymore

Did you know you can update your updated posts, while keeping the forum clean from unneeded update posts about your updates?

You need to learn how to take a little helpful advice from other members...
At least, Toothless gave advice... me, I have gotten so I just report them; because of, unaccustomed members that wish to snap back at the person who tried to share some wisdom of their experiences.
It is not good etiquette to double post and it is frowned upon, as it can make a thread cluttered.

It wasn't advice it was pretty much agressivly said.And I know rules, I was jsut to excited that I fixed my problem so I wrote just another post,instead of editing one and he could just pm me with advise and not make post in thread what was from his words already made dirty by me.

It was advice, a Mod would have told you the same, edit your posts and stop cluttering up the forums.

and yet flash works fine on my windows8.1 desktop pc.
