Have you considered CM Storm keyboards? They have a pretty big line-up so you should be able to find something in your price bracket and most are available in a variety of switches (normally a choice of blue, brown or red).

Why don't you just save and get the one you want and use a cheap keyboard for now? How bad is your current keyboard failing? Why go mechanical and expensive again if your current one is already failing?

I still have my old membrane kb, still solid, and really haven't been all that impressed by switches in keyboards that I've seen in use and tried. Some stupid levels expensive and I don't get the hype in all honesty.

Are you really set on PayPal? Can you transfer the funds to your checking account and use your Visa/MasterCard endorsed check card?

I've been hoping you'd find a good sub-$100 contender but it appears that's not an acceptable market for these types keyboards yet.
