PC powering self

So I have a corsair HX850 that I brought from here. Was a new unit from RMA. For the longest, my PC has been powering it self on. I'm usually away for days at a time and it's running when I come home. My mobo has a dehumidify feature that I used to use, but I shut that off. I don't know if Corsair PSUs arent as quality as I thought or there are some hiccups in my mobo. Either way I need to fix it. Glad I don't have water cooling. I plan to eventually, but I can't have the PC running itself for days at a time unwatched. That would be a disaster from it sprung a leak.

I would check for shorts and the like, particularly around the case FP connector and ATX pins. It shouldn't be doing that, and Corsairs usually are high quality units.

Do you have wake-on-lan enabled? If yes try disabling it.

this is normal its part of Intels Smart connect which automatically powers the machine on todo things such as maintenance / windows updates(even if its shutdown)
find the option for intel smart connect and disable it in the bios
