Hello guys , lately i have some problems with new pc build , fresh windows 8.1 install .
It mini-crash randomly (explorer reboot automatically)
experiencing random windows re size when opened for long time (may be due to monitor this one)
and the ram usage sometimes go upto 100% without any reason.
It may be virus , scanned both drives with eset + malware bytes antimalware and nothing found + this is a new pc build so fresh install and everything ,
if you guys know if this is happening due to component failure or some other reason please help me out :)

Thanks.

If you have a known working set of ram available swap it with what you have in your new build, maybe try them in different dimms too. What are the specs on the new build? Also I'm assuming you aren't do any overclocking yet since it's a brand new build.

Its the one i listed on system specs ,
i dont have any other RAM as my last computer was a laptop (1st gen i5) and a desktop before with ddr2 .
Is there a way to test the ram consistency ? memtest will do the job ?

Did you take a look at what process uses so much RAM?
There is lots of software to check memory, there should be one in your BIOS as well.
If nothing comes up, you should format it or try it with Linux as well.

Okay guys , after some days of fresh windows 8.1 format i don't experience anything irregular while on usage BUT when i leave my computer on idle, downloading after about 1hours - 2hours the screen goes blinking white and dark and restarts my computer.
Before some days i left it all night to download stuff and when i woke up i found blue screen watchdog_violation which mainly is driver/ssd problem , after an upgrade to SSD firmware i have yet to see the same problem.
Also i changed the power options to see if i could fix this , from balanced(5% minimun processor state CPU usage) to high performance - never shutdown hard disk and 95% minimun processor state ( which is 3.3ghz - normal clock of my CPU - from the 3.7 which is the max turbo boost of my CPU), but as i sayd previously i still got problems ... i might switch to windows 7 which seemed stable...
Also i forgot to mention i upgraded motherboard bios to latest (beta) @ its no problem of the beta as the problems happened from before i did that.
I checked SSD with HD Tune Pro and i did a short ram test with the windows app.
Bios is on defaults except RAM set to XMP profile and boot sequence.

Any ideas how to fix this or to spot the problem are welcomed.
Thanks

How are the PC's various temperatures?
I'd definitely suggest running memtest if only to hopefully weed out memory (and memory controllers) as a possible cause. Might also try Prime95's stress tests. See if you can find a way to reliably reproduce the issue.
Could also be a good idea to check for BIOS updates for your motherboard. Look at the changelog first to see if there's anything that might apply to you. If there isn't, I wouldn't flash any updates there might be unless it's as a last resort.

The temperatures stay under 40 degrees at all times idle is about 27. I will try prime 95 and later i will test with memtest just to be sure , how much times for those 2 till i can be sure nothing is wrong ?
Thanks for the reply

Edit: Just started the prime95 and temps gone up to 55 in 1minute . should i be worried ? :p
