AMD had a presentation where they boasted about "king of the hill" status while presenting this slide:
They claim 50% to about 65% performance icnrease ... aaand looking at this leak:
Top silicons will once again have similar performance. Maybe AMD will even be faster if 390X's performance increase is closer to 65%. Given that presentations always have best case scenarios in them we may expect it to be tied with Titan X, while Titan X should be more overclockable :
