GT630m VGAbios Request

Hi everyone.
I'm trying to install the GT630m into my Dell L502x laptop (which currently has GT540m).
I think the replacement would be doable. Both have MxM-A. Their characteristics are pretty much the same.
And I think I only need GT630m VGAbios to integrate it into my Main Bios (Replacing the GT540m vgabios)
I searched The Tech powerup bios database and found nothing for this one. Can anyone help?

I don't think anyone would have uploaded that as we are msotly high end users here honestly... just my guess as to why you're getting so little interest. Sorry, I'd help if I could but I think you're best off leaving well enough alone.

Just because I am curious.
Isn't the VBIOS part of the card? Wouldn't you flash the BIOS only if you wanted to change a characteristic of the card?
If the laptops chipset can support the card, maybe updating those drivers will help, as well as the graphics driver.

I don't think L502x is an MxM compatible laptop,
I have one, its sitting inside a bag, dead

Thanks for your replies.
I don't have any experience in this field and was gonna hand it to an expert.
But I wanted to know the possibility .
In the links I gave you Techpowerup has marked both 540m and 630m as "Bus Interface: MXM-A (3.0)".
How is this possible?
How can you tell from the photo, the difference between BGA and MxM-A?
This is the picture of both cards:

Those pictures are useless. They are just pic of the actual GPU chip NOT the actual whole GPU.

The MXM-A graphics chip is a slot in card, similar to a mini pci-e card.
However, they do come in different shapes as manufacturers like to keep things proprietary.

Thank you
Got it.
Can I replace it with a similar BGA gpu then?

Just because I am curious.
Isn't the VBIOS part of the card? Wouldn't you flash the BIOS only if you wanted to change a characteristic of the card?
If the laptops chipset can support the card, maybe updating those drivers will help, as well as the graphics driver.

Also I have to mention that this laptop has 2 GPUs (optimus). Intel HD3000 and Gt540m.
And both vgabios files are integrated into the main system bios. I could disassemble the bios and modify GT540m voltage range.

Not sure but i think your find that the laptop is Bios locked to a Specific graphics card.
you probably have no upgrade path except for like for like

Your Best Bet is to contact Dell Support or check the Dell user forums to find out "IF " the Graphics can be upgraded and what up grade would fit / work
edit

just googled and this is what i found

http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3518/t/19384094

to sum it up
The GT540M graphics is integrated into the system board, The intel graphics is integrated into the processor.
