He'd already been playing it on Steam before he commented on your post, I could see it on my friend's list. Some people don't just rattle the keys on their keyboards.

GTA 5 at greenman for $46.79. Select VIP from the tabs on the main page and you will see GTA pre- order until the 14th. I tried numerous voucher keys before I found the VIP sale that did not work. 2hrs @ 8 MB/sec. When will the game unlock? 12am the 14th?

Installed and played on two different systems no problem. I have Rockstar-direct version, not steam, so I don't imagine it'd be any different...they use the social club for sign-in.

No idea on the DRM. Definitely has a DVD version. Gamestop has them.

I really don't care whether he's played V or not, he answered in a dismissive way ignoring my question, and I have no idea if he's played it on KB, or what his car handling preferences are, nor do I care, nor does it matter.

I asked if anyone knew if the PC version had gotten any tweaking to the car handling, since there were obviously complaints about it and it requires KB support unlike the console versions.

Damned if some people don't just post for nothing though, then go on to talk smack about "rattling the keys". I get the feeling most of you wouldn't know realistic steering if it bit you in the arse.

It's worth noting your saves don't move from machine to machine, too.

Im using mouse+keyboard and all is good, drivng is fine, i see no need for a controller for it, not that i own one anyway.

I just picked up my DVD version of the game from my local EB Games (Gamestop). I forgot to price match it on pick up :'( Could have saved $10 oh well.

Dat 7 DVD install process though.

I live in Australia where our internet network is made up of string and some rusted cans. It would take forever to download haha.

Checked just a little last night and this morning, now working. First conclusion: using a GTX 980 with Geforce Experience (nvidia game config helper) optmized settings (resulting most on max or close to max settings) the graphical experience is not mindblowing. Inferior to BF4, distances are nice, but interiors and close ups does not look best of the best. Maybe this needs fine-tuning?
Or maybe the real "oh my god" is in teamspeak... that will be tonite at the soonest

Holy crap, didn't know they actually put all the game files on disc, esp a title this big. What kind of box did it come in, a ship container? LOL
