AMD Sapphire r9 280x tri-x OC Wrong reads

I currently own an AMD Sapphire r9 280x tri-x OC and I used to use GPU-z to do monitoring stuff but i dont know what is wrong with this card and gpu-z because it can't read half part of the sensors and some are not working well like VDDC getting stuck on the base voltage. Now if I use HWiNFO it works pretty well with all sensors.

Please can you try to fix this? I will help as far as i can.

Thank you

Did you try a clean driver install?

It happens since I bought the card 5 months ago. I have reinstalled windows 7, windows 8 even tested Windows 10 and the same thing happening. I also tried other drivers version.
Curiously if I press the lookup button directs me to this page which it is not the appropriate reference.

which sensors are not working? except for voltage current they all look fine to me

VRM temperatures are showing 0 ºC, VDDC is stuck at 0.875 V and i think that VDDC current is not a real reading. Also there are missing some sensors but I figure has been programmed so and I do not care about that.

Here is a capture while playing.

you shouldn't use two monitoring utilities at the same time, because their hardware accesses might conflict with each other. please check if that makes any difference.

many of the sensors added by hwinfo are useless or confusing. which ones do you feel gpu-z is really missing?

I only opened whinfo for checking, this is not a conflict im sure. gpuz alone is the same issue.

I miss "power in" and "voltage out" (It is not what the VDDC current should be?)

voltage out is vddc.

not sure why it's not working. any idea what voltage controller your card uses? should be a relatively large square black chip on the card

VRM's are CHL822x

I will look at the card to see if I can find what you are asking for.

CHL8228 should be perfectly supported, I'm about to head out for the weekend. Will take a look at the code next week

Hey W1zzard have you taken a look at the code? Is it fixable?
