The article I read speaks of both parts, but only one installment. So I'm not sure they're splitting it into two titles as you imply.

I don't know, hard to say yet. However the actual site of the game lists both parts and only one release date, so.

Hmmm.. you are maybe right about this, but it strikes me, that the title for sale is Wolfenstein: The Old Blood
The parts are : Chapter One: The Old Blood and chapter two: The Dark Secrets of Helga Von Schabbs

But yes - it could be one game extension with two chapters.......

I haven't played a Wolfenstein game since I was 14 years old, playing Wolf3D and Spear of Destiny on my mom's old beat-up IBM 386. I've been very curious about New Order though, and if does indeed have a BioShock-esque feel then I'm gonna have to grab it on a Steam sale sometime soon!

another satisfied TNO player here. Really enjoyed it, and will play the single player again starting here shortly.

The last wolfenstein had a bioshock feel to it. I liked it!
I am freely expressing my opinion:
The last wolfenstein was garbage. Bioshock Infinite is one of the best games i have ever played (on my top 10 list). That being said a positive comparison can not exit. The Old Blood looks , in terms of graphics, exactly like New Order. This whoever would not be a thing that bothers me.
But if they do not change the gamepaly, cutscenes, voice acting, game lighting(what is up with all that darkness in New Order), overall greyed out negative atmosphere, weapons etc...i will give up on Wolfenstein.
Reason why i played Wolfenstein 2009 was that i missed Return to Castle so much! What they need to do is make an exact replica of Return to Castle but add Crysis 3 graphics, Mass Effect soundtrack, with Mass Effect / Dragon Age voice acting, and Modern Warfare 3 weapons aiming. Then i will be extremely satisfied.

I can not agree on that.... A remake of an old game brings nothing new - other than maybe better graphics, I see no point in that

A remake brings nothing new except "Game of the Year 2014" http://www.gamespot.com/articles/divinity-original-sin-pc-game-of-the-year/1100-6423910/ ....if it's done properly.
In this article http://www.pcgamer.com/divinity-ori...to-address-frustrations-with-divine-divinity/ PCGamer Magazine calls Divinity Original Sin "more than a remake". Well of course it is,since Larian Studios turned it into a masterpiece.

I am finding everything in it and everything beautifully, in The New Order, plus the storyline is quite amazing, the references to older games of this saga (some hidden), the underground HQ of the resistence in Berlin is amazing, and the views of the castlle, the pont, the trains, the moon, the whole is impressive.
I am just finishing it before old Blood and i am have a blast!

I haven't played a Wolfenstein game for a long time, I can't even remember the title of it(Circa 2000?)...I just know I played the hell out of it. Everyone seems rather positive on this latest release(New Order). I'll start watching for sales and nab a copy of it when I can. That is...if my laptop will play it. Although, if these titles are even remotely styled after the Bioshock series I should be ok.

Was going to grab Old Order...but it looks like I better play New Order first...:)

Yeah, that would be Return To Castle Wolfenstein (2001). Truly a classic. There is still a site that carries mods for it even today. There was also a game released in 2009 called Wolfenstein. It was a bit bland though imo. I don't know of any download service that carries it and the only way to get it is to buy the disk for $25 to $30 on Ebay. It's not worth that much though. It can be had for around $10 on console.

Started playing this last night. It throws you into the fray right off the bat. I'm finding it has a good mix of combat and stealth though.

I love how they implemented the pipe several ways, pretty cool. Looking forward to seeing what other new things they've brought in.

Performance seems a bit better than TNO, and I don't seem to get as much texture flickering. Could be driver improvements from AMD though.

Just finished this last night. Great title, great value. Loved the ending, one of the best I've seen in a while.
