Help me Choose new PSU

I need a new PSU for my upcoming ITX build.
I am building in Lian-li pc-q01 which uses PSU to suck hot air from CPU heatsink.
Other hardware is 4790 non-K, GTX960 and 2 SSDs.
These are my requirements: 160mm long, gold+, modular, non passive.
Large Fan and flat cables would be nice. Less important: price and efficiency and noise.

Enermax Revolution XT 630W
In WIN Commander III 800W (great price)

any suggestion is welcome but supply is limited here in CZ

I currently using the system with G450 and its working just fine because the PSU has cold air intake.
In the new build the PSU will by only exhaust for both CPU and GPU.
I am afraid because seasonic has silent fan profile and only 120mm fan

Thermaltake Power supple units are pretty solid too!

based on units used I can tell you that even when they are a little expensive compared to other brands they can handle big builds and hardware, I have been using them for so long, actually looking forward a thoughpower 700W 80+Gold :pimp:
