Great build ( the last update one) . I also think that you should wait for the 980ti and amd's new cards, if you want to save some money go for z97/4790k and ddr3.
I'm not a fun of AIO , if you won't OC the CPU too much i say go for AIR (consider Dark Rock 3 and cryorig , both excellent products aswell as noctua's).
Don't know about the motherboard but there are other options to consider at it's price and lastly i think change that HDD for a HGST Deskstar NAS ,
more reliable drive and at a cheap price (bit higher than seagates).
