I used to have an Accelero on my 7950. The memory/VRM heatsinks are actually thermal glued onto the chips so you will probably need to buy some if you are looking for a used one.
They cool incredibly well though and are almost silent.

I've got a powercolor PCS+ cooler I could pull off the dead 7950 I have lying around.

How much are you looking for it and would you happen to know if it would be compatible with the Sapphire 7950 DUAL-X?
