I have recently purchased Asus GTX 980 Poseidon GPU which includes a water block along with fans for air cooling/water cooling combo. I just want to water cool it instead of air cooling.
I am already using Corsair H100i for my Core i7 4790K.
Is there any way with which I can just customize the pump and radiator from Corsair H100i to loop it up with the GPU as well. I don't want to do a separate pump and reservoir combo for GPU itself. All this is in NZXT S340 case

For good temps you will need at least 360mm of radiator and some good fans.

So if you could find a 120mm radiator, add some coolant and a fan it should be fine.

Pump/CPU-120MM Rad-GPU-240-Pump

There is a Corsair 220 for sale in the BST sub for $100.

The AIO coolers are only designed as basic water cooling, looping to the both the CPU and GPU would be a pain and would be best to upgrade from the 100i to a entry level water unit. if you were only wanting to use the 100i for the gpu alone, u can buy a NZXT Kraken g10 bracket or DIY

I have the Antec H20 650 on my cpu...I've been wanting to ghetto rig it to my XFX R9 290 for a while now. They used the larger liquid cooler for theirs. I'm wondering how mine would do?..

Okay, first let's link to the card so that everyone knows that this card has hybrid water/air cooling. ASUS ROG Poseidon GTX 980
OP, what comes to mind for me are the Swiftech H220-X/H240-x expandable AIO's.

I don't know the specifics, but I have heard of people doing exactly that - cutting the hose, adding blocks, tubing and refilling. Quite sure the warranty is gone if you do that.

Darn. The MCR140-X Drive would be perfect for your needs, except it's 140mm. NZXT does not list the top of the S340 case as being radiator compatible, but maybe it could fit there?

I will have to do the math. Are there any options for rear 120mm radiator mounts?

Sorry but you really don't want to use 120mm rads. 240 or bigger.

The S340 fits 2x140's on the front and 1x140 on top.
But only shows front mount radiators.

A 120mm radiator will be more than enough for the GTX 980 Poseidon.

Calling the big guns. Any idea's for OP's GTX 980 Poseidon in a S340 case when OP is already using a H100i, @crazyeyesreaper , @sneekypeet?
OP, options as I see it:
*Leave it alone. Water cooling the GPU is optional.
*Sell the Poseidon so it quits bugging you. :p
*Sell the H100i and get an expandable CLC, like the H220-X/H240-X.
*Sell the H100i and go custom water cooling. This can look the best because of the plethora of options out there.
*Mod the H100i to add the GPU. Apparently, it's not that hard, just obnoxious to bleed. (suggest you add a reservoir)
*Change your case for one that supports both the H100i and the MCR140-X Drive.
*Add a separate, custom water cooling loop just for the Poseidon that would use the rear 120mm fan/radiator space.
The S340 fits 2x140's on the front and 1x140 on top.
But only shows front mount radiators.
This is wrong. NZXT says: Radiator Support: Front 2 x 140 or 2 x 120mm, Rear 1 x 120mm (2 x 140 or 2 x 120mm are also known as 280mm or 240mm radiators)

While I really would look for more radiator than just a single 120, I would also assume that a single 120mm radiator could still be beneficial with a hybrid cooler.
My 780 Poseidon's don't get hot enough to need water in the first place, not so sure about the 980 though, but my Matrix does not get hot enough to warrant water either.

In the S340 you are super limited, so it is either to build a full custom loop to accommodate both CPU and GPU, or as said, mod an AIO.

I am in agreement with Sneeky. The Poseidons don't get hot enough to actually need water cooling The GTX 980 Poseidon tends to hit around 65-75 as is with just air cooling. Going 120 mm water would improve temps but for what gain?

Honestly I wouldn't bother with liquid cooling it. If its something you WANT to do. then sure go for it. But i just don't see the value in it not when the air cooler does its job as is.

If looks are not a concern you could always attempt to mount the H140X on the back of the case with something like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811995076 and run tubing in to the GPU but then that just looks awful. Could try keeping it all in the case with the same adapter but then its gonna be a tad bit cramped i would think.

Overall just leave it all alone run it as is. If your gonna start half-assing it why bother? If you want CPU / GPU liquid cooling switch to something like the H220-X / H240-X and plumb in the GPU. Even then thats a sizable expense. Yeah you no what I can't even play devils advocate for this just don't bother.

Sorry but you really don't want to use 120mm rads. 240 or bigger.

The Antec 650 h20 has a double fan design. The stock fan pushes air through the radiator, the 120mm fan you use in place of the spacer pulls out the hot air.
It is really efficient. My i5 @4ghz tops out at 56C with this cooler. And that is using ZIPTIES to hold it on. (The 1155 socket mounts it came with would not fit on my mobo at all..)
The thing is, my r9 290 draws a LOT more power than my CPU. Not only that, I'm not sure if the water block would fit snug on the core.

Oh, and before anyone says, "DON'T FORGET TO COOL THE MEMORY AND VRMs!), My xfx already has heatsinks on them under the core heatsink.. A small fan throwing air onto the card should work just fine. I'm not planning to overclock the memory anyway. Most games benefit better from the higher core clock.
