Help finding the very BEST 140mm fan for SLI cooling

I'd like to replace that blue 140mm fan (not very strong air pushing and not very directionnal) for a much more effective 140mm fan to push cool air into my 2x gtx 980 ti.

Any suggestions?

and what would be the best intake 120mm fans I could get?

Directionnal is very important when it comes to cooling my GPUs... but the 2x 120mm fans I'm using are not directly in front of the GPUs but they are close enough to bring in cool air that the 140mm directionnal fan can take in and shoot back at the GPUs

Fans pushing air directly to the GPU's = I have to clean my GPU's every a few months due to the dust collected, at least that you use some Anti-dust Grid.
Before i have watercooled my GPU'S i had four fans in the side panel pushing air directly to the GPU's.

If your case is on the ground, lift it up on a small cabinet or a small chair or some sort of footstool. It will not eliminate dust collection, but it'll help greatly. I also suggest you get yourself a vacuum cleaner like Electrolux ErgoRapido. I have this thing and I basically grab it and sweep the room in few seconds. It's always ready to use so cleaning dust actually isn't annoying. Doing this and having case lifted and you'll be fine.
