Okay, another issue guys.
So I'm running driver... 353.30 and I get random lockups and hanging with high GPU/CPU usages in BF4. I've never had issues like this and while it sounds like it's going to crash, it doesn't. I don't know what error BF4 gives since I can't access it.
Event viewer:
The program bf4.exe version 1.4.2.30944 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

Normally the NVIDIA driver resets when this happens, but I didn't see the notification this time, yet the first time it did pop up.
Actually it did in events.
Everything is stock besides the CPU voltage, which is 1.212v on full load.
Any ideas?
UPDATE: Also happens with GPU-Z's render test. Amazing.
