If there is a cutout in the case frame or the holding spots on the radiator are placed a bit above the fins it should be fine. But if it'll be resting flat on the surface (motor touching the surface), I recommend you check something else because yeah, that's a pretty big flaw. Noiseblocker has this done right on both, Multi-frame models with rubber corners as well as SilentFanPro that has a rubber frame that is attached across the entire fan frame.
I hope Corsair will fix this, because people praise their fans regarding everything else. I realized this flaw after I watched OC3D channel on YT about these fans (after I've already ordered them) and Tom Logan did the desk slide test that I also make. You place the fan motor down on a flat surface (desk) and slide it across. If you can feel the resistance of the rubber, it's fine. If you hear plastic grinding against the desk, the rubber dampening is rather pointless... It works well for marketing, because you can say you have it there, but it won't really do much...
EDIT:
That's what I've seen, but it was an older video (I haven't actually got the fans and the case yet, hopefully today). If they've revised them already regarding that, then they are pretty much perfect. I'll certainly report if this is true when I get them. These should be abslutely last revision since the store had to wait to get them from Corsair...
