So the other day, something happened to my windows install where it's digital signature couldn't be verified, so it wouldn't boot into windows. Considering how long it has been since I've done a reformat and how much the computer had slowed down because of that, I decided to just wipe it clean and reinstall windows yesterday. So today,as I started to install what I call "accessory" programs like CPU-Z, GPU-Z, Real Temp and so on, I saw this-
Is it really possible my 3930k is running 3.8 GHz at full load and only using .64 volts? Before the reformat, less than 1.28 volts would result in a BSoD after a few hours.
Computer is Barbs Domain in system specs
