HSF for Video card suggestions ....

Currently, I have a Thermaltake 80mm SmartFan blowing on the passive heatsink of my 7600GS, it brought it down from 54C idle 61 load to 37C idle 41 load.

I was thinking of purchasing a new HSF for this card but bad thing is, what will fit and provide me with the same amount of cooling?

Remember, I have this card overclocked from 400/400(effective 800) to 450/910.

It's a bit expensive but it does a great job at cooling while producing little to no noise and looking awesome

If you don't really care about the noise and aesthetics, then stick with your setup and save yourself a few bucks (41C load is really good). If you do want to make your computer look better and/or run quieter, buy the Zalman.

Thanx alot clutch. The fan thats on it has a max of 53cfm at full speed 5000rpm but it can be quite loud like 39dba LOUD! I usually run it at bout 60% which is approx 41cfm.

I will look into the zalman closer towards the summer, by that time comes I may have enuff $$ to put towards a WC'ed setup and a new case.

I'd get watercooling myself but it's a bit out of my price range so I'm stuck with fans :|

get a quieter fan to blow on the heatsink or shell out the cash for a vf900. i dont think its worth paying for a new heatsink so i would just mount a 120mm fan on the heatsink and call it good.

Buy zalman 120mm fan. It come with the bracket that you can fit it on tray slot.
