Just flashed it into 1Gb Asus (GT730-SL-1GD3-BRK) that seems to have the same design and differs only in Device ID and memory amount (2Gb version memory is slightly faster as well). Of course card memory was resoldered to 2Gb before flashing. And now it's working! Best regards for everyone who helped!
