Actually, there weren't 3.5 hours, but ~27 to be precise.

I'll do some more testing then

The GPU usage and the voltage drops to 0 for a fraction of a second. It happens every 5-10 minutes. Is there a problem with the graphics card? Should I return it?

Do you notice anything on screen in game when this happens? If you're not noticing anything, stop worrying, it could simply be a monitoring issue.
Recently EVGA Precision X started to show drops to 1fps, every 10 seconds or so on my PC. But its a monitoring glitch as in game fps counters don't show it and my viewing experience doesn't reflect such frequent drops.
It's only a problem if it interrupts your enjoyment of using the card.

Yes, it freezes the screen for a fraction of a second. The temperatures are normal, even the CPU's temp are relatively low, in the 50s. It's quite annoying

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)

If it was actually zero, it wouldn't be working. ;)

Did you check vRAM use as asked earlier?

According to MSI afterburner, it dropped to 0 for GPU Usage. And the memory utilised never exceeded 1800MB

Benchmark Scores I got some numbers.
It happens to me in Mad Max too, maybe 3 times per hour, using a 980ti. Wouldnt worry about it, altho it is annoying as I dont recall it doing that at launch. Didnt play it for a few weeks, and I guess whatever patches they've thrown out in the meantime has borked something...

Funny it got such high praise for running so well, I got less of them in Batman AK, which as we all know was torched!
