More people play in 3rd person than you think. Only time a lot of people seem to play in first is when they pull out the cycler.

I love star wars. I would love to buy it. Just 120.00 for Star Wars then 90 bucks on Fallout 4 comes out to 210.00 in under a month on video games. I guess I'm getting old and frugal but, I can do a lot more with that money. Could I buy the base games and come out to 120? Sure but, really you need to pay the 210 to get the full experience which is just to much.

FYI I aint judging people who do. I would if I could I guess. But then again maybe no. Games are getting pretty steep with all this "DLC/Season Pass" garbage.

Ive watched way to many live streams on Twitch before the open beta came out and everyone was in 3rd person. And if there was a the slight chance you weren't in third persion, you had a lot less people watching you. So because we choose to play a game in 3rd person when it has the option to do both, we should buy it on console? Thats the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard. Gave me a good laugh so thank you for that.

I guess you just don't understand Battlefront, it has been a 3rd person game at heart since the beginning.

It plays fairly well on my ASUS G75VW with it's GTX 670M.. on medium, but my GTX 970 played it buttery smooth last night high. I like it, but do I like it better than Killing Floor 2? Not so far... But it has a lot of stuff that I would be interested in lock for beta.

I hate 3rd person.. I can play batman in 3rd and the new Tomb Raider pretty good.. Oh and I can't forget GTA V... I'll give it a go tonight and see if I play it better, but I like first person..

one of the best optimized FPS ever since Battlefield: Hardline. DICE really did take their time optimizing the game for the PC. Now you won't need a crazy OP rig to run the game at Ultra settings with 4x MSAA enabled, though the selection is rather limited for a closed beta release. Still need to think b4 pre-ordering it though haha xD

tried the multiplayer mode. Sure it's like every other Battlefield game, but in a Star Wars fashion... Not exactly a bad thing, but at least it brings something fresh to the Battlefield series.

The sad true is that the beta will be the best multiplayer experience, because no one is hacking.. and mostly everyone has the same level of unlocks..

Fairfight has been actively banning people.

But the game is enjoyable if you're into the mindless FPS genre which is admittedly fun in spurts. Games like that don't have much staying power with me but fans of BF4/COD-esque games will find it fun.

Comparing this and fallout 4 is kinda dumb as they're 2 very different games appealing to very different gamers.
