When you say locked out, what do you mean? Is Windows not loading? Does it load, but now has a password? If Windows isn't even loading, then it probably isn't a hijacker, it is more likely a failed Windows install.

Sounds like you are the recipient of stolen goods. All of our work laptops have this feature where it locks the BIOS and hard disk remotely if stolen, misplaced, or after a certain number of failed access attempts to the data on the disk without the TPM key.

I would suggest returning it to wherever you bought or got it.

Laptop was out of box I found strange downloaded programs in network nothing would delete them had taken admin password so everything I tried to change would change back to his settings I found I had been tracked for a while with my location as I never allow these programs to see the light of day now I'm stu k in blue screen ie restart reboot trouble shooting boot of USB non work they say a file missing from within partion when I have got to window s login window (twice) so far pin and password seem ready to receive but key make a little tone tune and to not type to login box

I know someone has got in to it to play ....cause there's nothing on there but games a a few doc which can be retreved elsewhere when rebooted like wipe the lot his programs are still locked in network

Your not that computer savvy but you know someone hacked your system? Sounds like you locked yourself out. Try F8

There are lots of reasons you would have traffic that you did not initiate. Not likely it is bad

Why not just reformat Windows...

Getting locked out of the BIOS is likely to be your own doing though. It's easy enough to reset the BIOS anyway, just pull the CMOS battery.

I have had the same problem on all of my machines and cellular devices as well. I have tried everything you have all suggested and more...nothing works. Every time I think I am rid of the dummy bios I quickly find out that it was all a pipe dream. I have gone as far as killing the bios and it remains...what different does it make...they're are now property of the hacker...I just supply the electricity. If you install XPUD and access your facebook account through it you will see that they are transferring data via facebook...you will also see the x drive with the files that are really running your system. Access you startup or win.ini file through another os and you will see that none of the files are on your machine

The OP has not Visited the Site or replied in over 3 weeks he has probably been arrested for being in possession of stolen property or he has returned it for his money back and is no longer bothered with our answers

Even a virtual wireless adapter need a Physical internet connection
