Please help me choose a case for my new Q6600 system.
It is going to be either a Lian Li PC-A16 or an Antec P182. I like both. I would like to order tonight to save $20. So far I have the Q6600 (GO stepping) and a Corsair 620 PSU. I also ordered an Asus P5k Deluxe. I have owned a couple of Lian Li cases and found them to be very well made. I have read recent reviews on both the Lian Li PC A-16 and the Antec P180. they both got great reviews. The only thing that kind of bothers me is that the Antec does not have a removable M/B tray. Please give me your opinions.

Thanks.

Lian-Li.... Is there really a question?!?!?!?!?!?

I like Antec cases, well the nicer ones anyways... But imo the Lian-Li's are soooo much nicer.

Lian Li PC-A16

I like the Lian Li PC-A16, just simply because its a lot easier to get into the computer, and put new hardware in. If you look at my computer below, it took forever to put in the lights on the far side, because the motherboard is attached to the wall. So I had to take the side off, and take the intire thing apart, just to put two lights in, lol. :S On the Lian Li PC-A16, it just slides out. (Very handy)

I believe each case has its pros and cons. I think I will go with the Lian Li P-A16 due to the ease of build (removable m/b tray), size and weight factor. I am probably giving away some air flow and quietness by not choosing the Antec.

Thanks everybody for your opinions.

Lian Li, Silverstone, Antec, Thermaltake, Coolermaster, all have nice cases, anything above like ~80 or 90 dollars will be sufficient in quality if purchased from those companies. If you decide on a case with a front door, DO NOT get a plastic door, save yourself the headache.

I went with the Lian Li PC-A16. I am making a few mods for the purpose of wire management. I also added another 120mm front fan and a 120mm to the top. I should have ample flow through the case. I also changed all the fans to Scythe S-flex fans to cut the dB's. I'll put up some pics when it is complete.
