nope not yet
any of u know what to do after u've made a computer froms cratch.. but not os is on it..?

even with no OS the board should still post to bios.....PSU is on and powering or you'd get no beeps. Sounds like to me its either bad ram(or not in correctly)...or bad CPU(or not in correctly).

no what i am saying is that something is fundamentally wrong here.

If I set up a new mobo, I put in 1 stick of Ram and the CPU....Add PSU and with onboard GFX there is no need to have the 9600 even pluged in. If those 4 things are all in correctly you should see the ECS splash screen and options to boot to bios.

So all i can assume is if mobo wont boot to splash screen , Id tear it all down to basics, and start over. If RAM,CPU and MOBO are all good then you should see something on the monitor PROVIDING ITS TURNED ON.

It's in the manual. Just remember to shutdown and unplug computer first.

It's on page 8 and 9. Install components, then move jumper. Then PUT JUMPER BACK, then boot-up.

and leave cpu in it
yes do that if it doesnt work it one of the 4 things more then likely
make sure your heat sink on the cpu is installed right on maybe just reinstall it agian and swith the ram 1 bad stick make them all bad make sure you use all the paper washer for the mobo (even though now days they come where you dont need them) and your psu connetors are push dont in the 2 location i showed you in the other thread you strated
