Ok my MB has 4 diff fan imput spots. They all seem to do the sams
-vreg fan
-c55 fan
-sys fan
-chassis fan

Which fan input is the rear fan supposed to be on? Rear meaning the fan under the power supplys fan.

I also have another fan coming for the side that i bought with my clear window kit. Which should i hook that one into?
Thanks

actually they dont all do the same but for the most part you could probably use any of them and it would be ok

vreg fan = voltage regulated fan - the motherboard adjust voltage according to temperages
c55 fan = i dont know what this one is for
system fan = can be 12v or slightly less for quieter opperation depending on motherboard
chassis fan = can be 12v or slightly less for quieter opperation depending on motherboard

i run all my case fans off of the 12v molex so the motherboard has less things sharing power.

the motherboard manual will tell you what each terminal is designed for and all that so go to the mobo website if you dont have the manual.

oh yeah, forgot that the chipset/vreg headers will be speeded up and slowed down based on temps.
