Zen based cores are generally more efficient, especially wrt Intel Pcore so that helps!

AMD only has performance cores - that's what's normal, we already had 16 cores on a laptop with intel shenanigans of 8p + 8E, but now we get a real 16 core solution - maybe, amd laptops are less common in general let alone workstation ones.
Again, P-cores are a Intel thing, not AMD. Intel has P-cores and E-cores, AMD doesnt not sign up for P-cores, its a Intel invention.

I dont know what AMD calls their "cores", I just call them normal cores.
