Pixel shader 1.0 in R9600 non-pro...?

I seem to have an od problem. My Radeon 9600 non-pro, Connect-3D 128MB, seems to have lost its ability to utilize Pixel Shader 2.0, as well as Vertex shader 2.0, and, if I'm correct, quite a lot of other features also. When I first got the card, I ran the 3dmark03 benchmark. Everything worked fine. Now, when I run it only one of the tests work, the WWII aerial attack. 3dmark05 doesn't work at all, and claims my card only supports 1.0 of said shaders... 9600 is supported, according to Futuremark...
Can the said features be turned off? If so, how could I turn them back on? :)

(I did use a program called radeontweaker for awhile... Turned out to be quite old, and I'am wondering if it could have turned 1.0 support on, since I told it to turn "Pixel Shaders on"...)

I installed the ATI's 4.11 drivers, no chance.

Thank you, I shall try that prog. My main concern about installing previous drivers was the possibility of parts of the driver remaining... Shouldn't be a problem now.

Edit: Seems to work. Much obliged.
