Will my specs suffice?

I'm currently looking at getting another 7950 GT OC BFG Tech and put it in SLI, will my current system handle it?

Nope. The p35 chipset cannot do sli. It can do crossfire, but i hear the performance is poor compared to the x38.

Should be more than enough. Should last a good two years. But if you're content on upgrading I'd stick another 2 GB of ram inside as ram is so cheap - Also the 8800GS is very cheap and would be ideal for SLI. But overall you've got a nice system, enjoy.

Could go X-Fire though with two 3850's although will still be over the price of one 7950GT.

for the price of another 7950, just keep the motherboard, and get an 8800GS or above, any better single card will always trump a worse dual card scenario.
