Albatron 9800 GX2 Pictures

Graphics card manufacturer Albatron sent us some pictures of its upcoming GeForce 9800 GX2 today, which are shown below. The company commented that NVIDIA is allowing it to display the cards at CeBIT 2008, but as the launch date is not officially until later this month it was not able to provide any specifications.

Albatron has stated stock frequencies to be 600/1500/2000 MHz (GPU / Shaders / memory DDR).

I would rather see a Palit or XFX. These guys seem to be very stock refrence wise, but I could be wrong.

I think they all are going to stick pretty much to the stock design here, maybe slightly overclocking them, but the designs will mostly be the same. The only exception so far is the eVGA watercooled version, and I am going to guess BFG will probably release a similar watercooled edition.

I'll probably be going with a new ATI card for my next purchase anyhow. Anyhow, that's normally the reason Palits are favorable, they stray away from the reference design.

3870 X2 should be most favored aka its at standard size not huge like this ^^
think of 4x 3870 x2 in quad fire aka octafire that will be beat the crap out of most systems
it will be intresting to see someone test that setup

and for nvidia, this might be a oven hot card as in high temps :laugh:
