Reliable game rental "programs" or w/e you call it.

I live in Texas, United States (Katy- near houston to be exact)

was wondering where I could find good game. rental "program" or w/e you call it. don't want to spend too much money but at same time dont want to spend too much money. its for ps3. i know of blockbusters game pass for like $22 a month but looking for something cheaper.

Have you checked gamefly.com? I am at work so I cannot check the prices for you, but I do know they have free trial that you can try out.

I've tried both Gamefly and gameznflix. I like Gamefly MUCH better. I currently use them again.

I had gamefly for the longest time when I had my PS2. It didn't get to me intil a week later, but I got some great games at a good price. I think I bought 15 games from them, and spent around 150 or so dollars... I just didn't have a use for it once work got going again..

A week is about the average turnaround for me too.

Some post offices are equipped with special equipment that lets Gamefly know you have put your game in the mail, and they will send you your next one before they actually receive it. Sadly, my post office does not do this.

Well its across country for me, so a week is right.. I also do Netflix and have been for 5 years now, and I have nothing but love for them!
Don't quote me on years.. Its been to long to count, and I've had two different accounts..

eh which one is quicker on shipping the game or movie, gamefly or Gameznflix? Gameznflix is cheaper so im leaning on them right now. are these the main two or are there others?

Well it depends on where you are. I know Gamefly is in Cali. so it takes a while when shipping to Northern and southern states... I don't know about Gameznflix. So I suggest asking them

I'd say it will be 3 days for ya. Took me so long because of the fact it has to go all the way to Georgia, and then down in Florida... So, i don't know yet

i see. thanks for the info.

wished gamefly wasn't so "expensive" though. at nearly same price to get 1 at a time from gamefly, i could get 3 from gameznflix. hmm maybe ill go with gameznflix and get 3 or 2 at time and return them one at time so ill still have something to play or watch as another one comes in

renting will help so much so i can avoid buying games and only play it for a few days like when i bought gta vice city for ps2. man them cheat codes made the game boring for me.

i did play nfl 2k5 for a like 1 1/2years though hehe. i think that was last game i bought for ps2. so in all i bought three games for ps2 haha. man... :-/ wished i didn't buy ps2 or my n64 because i did same thing with n64. bought it when ps2 first came out bought wwf no mercy, tony hawk 2 (?), and super smash bros (awesome game hehe).

Yeah, no problem.. if you go gameznflix, let us know how they are. I am thinking of going back to something like that since I see more XBox 360 games come out, and spending a ton of money on computer stuff

I really didn't like gamenzflix. They hardly had anything in stock. Took them a lot longer to get new releases.

Gamefly has its distribution centers in California, Pennsylvania, and they are going to open another one in Florida.

hmm yeah ive just been reading alot of things about gamenzflix have short supplies and such. makes me iffy on it now. i found some more sites and was wondering if yall had experience with them.
