IS this to hot for the 780i board

Hi i have the xfx 780i and the Q6600 B7 oc to 3.40
and i just want to know if my mother board temps are safe '
cup is 45`c
board is 40`c
MCP is 73`c

If not what is a safe zone

MCP is that hot? that means the NB is super hot. get a better fan on your NB NOW!!!!

all of my 780i's ran that hot.... i had to get a better fan.

more airflow, in the right direction, is better. you can use long screws like i did to mount the NB fan.

yeah, chuck a fan on your northbridge, and you're fine. CPU's running fairly cool, gj.
