Latencies must be 5-5-5-x at 2.1V (1.8v+0.3V) - On that Voltage thaht RAM shuld be OCed to ~1100Mhz.

I was encountering exactly the same hardware dilemna 45 mins ago at my mate's house. We could only get it stable at 450MHz (900) with 5-5-5-18 timings +0.3v

Hope this helps, make sure your TRC is set to Auto as it will need to hit around 32-38 as you get clocking this. My 1st attempts OC'ing my OCZ kit all went bad trying to simply unlink the memory and enter in the frequencies I wanted to run. I never got anything stable until I linked (no Synch) and ran 3:2 ratio with 1600QDR, presto 1066.7mhz at 5-5-5-18 at 2.1V, later I played more and got better results.
EDIT: never got my kit to OC any further until I took my CPU higher(funny) than I was able to hit over 1100mhz with manually entered frequencies.
