I don't see why you would want to...am I missing something???
I would assume that it may be possible, but I don't have enough experience with either cards, I'm more curious as to why you're inquiring if it's more than just a question.
If I were you, I'd try Google and see if others have tried this.

Yeah I've heard of that one, which is hard to come by for US residents iirc, but going from a plain old reference 9600GSO to 8800GS...I just don't see why, afaik they're pretty much the same card.

It was only useful because I believe it was a 384MB GSO and they had all the memory pads populated with memory (For 512MB) and that flash enabled the memory to be addressed... other than that it is nothing that can't be done w/o rivatuner for the clock speeds

There's no reason whatsoever to believe flashing that bios would increase your OC.
It's a good chance you'll end up with a non-functional card as Gainward often uses custom board designs & non-standard bios'.

I don't think you get it - flashing the bios will do nothing for you - as far as just inserting anothers standard bios w/ higher frequencies... this can be done at the driver level using nvidia's tools or rivatuner/derivative
