How do i remove my stock heatsink?

Well, ive just got my zalman cnps7000alcu and im trying to remove the heatsink but its stuck and i dont want to rip the cpu right out of the board? any sugestions

If you have removed all of the physical attachments try using a hair dryer to heat up & soften the interface material
