I want to underclock a RAM so i can have 1:1/ with CPU that im trying to OC.

Is is possible to manually adjust the ram frequency to any number?

For ex. from DDR2 800 ( 400mhz ) to like 378mhz or 385mhz ( like any number

in relevant range ) Or does it have to be within range such as multiple of 33?

Im planning to get P5Q pro. Does that mobo support it?

It should work down to like 100 MHz.

Memory can run at almost any speed. It technically doesn't really have a speed, but is set to a speed by the memory controller and frequency generator.

It very much depends on your motherboard and how it enumerates memory speeds. Some do it by "dividers", some have set numbers based on standard JEDEC agreed frequencies, and others allow manual input of any speed.

Just out of curiosity, why does it matter whether its "1:1" or some other speed.

he's underclocking. i don't like your pic, haha show gave me nightmares back in 6th grade , and yes ram can be set as low as it can go pretty much, thouhg i've never lowered my ddr2 800 manually, always let how i linked it to my fsb decide that.

I know he's underclocking I was saying for general purposes...My mobo will let me offset the ratio but I can't set it manually on my lt2rs, but I my asus mobo lets me just change the exact frequency
