Battlefield 2 Punkbuster Problem

This is my first post, this place looks helpful so I thought I'd try.

I was reading from another thread about some ways to fix punkbuster problems with being kicked from an online game either immediately or within a minute. I followed someone's directions on making sure PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB are both started and set to automatic. I also updated Punkbuster from their website. But I still get this same message:

Anyone know what else I can do?

this worked! thanks! the only bad thing now is I'm getting the crap beat out of me online
