ATI AIW 9800 pro reboot problem

My screen randomly goes blank and the PC reboots. Happens at anytime with no specific application (do not play bgames). This is a new built PC. I cannot find a utility to measure the video card temprature.

Can this be drivers issue? I have the latest from Asus site but am wondering if there are newer Via 4 in 1 drivers around which may help?

Asus A8V, 2x512mb Kingston Ram, latest Bios
XP Pro
ATI AIW 9800 Pro AGP card
2 DVDs
1 floppy
Frony Card and USB panel
Qtec 650W PSU
28-30c idle and 39-42c load tempratures

Speedfan shows:

Temp2 : 34C
Vcore : 1.26V
+12V : 11.55V
3.3V : 3.36V
Vcc : 5.09V
Vin2 : 0.00V
5Vsb : 5.15V
Vbat : 0.00V

Any help in understanding these will be appreciated.

The chipset drivers on the Asus site are always outdated, as they are on most motherboard manufacturers' website. You can get the latest ones from VIA itself:
