To whoever doesn't have this game buy it, it's such a decent price, it's less than a pack of cigarettes.

One of my favourite all time games!

Purchased this when it was on sale a while back, and what a waste of money. Wouldnt recommend it really.

What didn't you like about it? Plus, if people don't like it, £3.50 isn't really wasted. I've paid more than that for a pint in places.

what kind of game is stalker? fps? rpg ? and is it dx10? what is the multiplayer like?

FPSRPG, Only ClearSky is DX10 (i think) still great graphics though, multiplayer is kinda rubbish.

i think ill pass then.

Stalker is a FPS with some RPG elements. Yes is DX10. The multiplayer is simple like counter strike and many others.

You have to play this game for the single player story. Is amazing.

im pretty sure i tried this game out back in 07 using a "friend's" copy and was kinda bored. but im older and wiser now...not to mention cheaper....

Shadow of Chernobyl isn't DX10 - Clear Sky is DX10.1 and Call of Pripyat is DX11. The multiplayer sucks donkey balls due to the fact everyone uses hacks.

That was the only thing I hated about Shadow of Chernobyl.

Maybe you have bad eyes? I dunno, I never had any difficultly seeing anything. Definitely check out the STALKER threads we have going on 'ere and this mod get highly recommended. However, ImperialReign is the guy to speak to about STALKER.

i mean it appears blurry and what not until you get real close to it. visual settings maxed.

Oh that's Depth of Field.
