Xilence Intros Entry Level 4ALL.R3 CPU Cooler
Taiwanese company Xilence Technology released its 4ALL.R3 CPU cooler. This entry-level CPU cooler is intended to serve as a stock-heatsink replacement. It has a simple tower design, with the CPU contact base (which doubles up as a small heatsink) conveying heat to an aluminum fin block using two copper heatpipes. The fins are cooled by a 92 mm fan. The 4ALL.R3 supports Intel sockets LGA-775 and LGA-1156, and AMD sockets AM2(+)/AM3. It is priced at 20 EUR.

that looks pretty awesome :)
might get that actually :D |
well its basically similar to the Evercool Buffalo cooler which i have .... hmmm nothin special abt it ...
2 heatpipes ... :shadedshu |
Hmmm has that bland plain generic "made in china" look.

Looks a lot like the OCZ "vendetta" I recently got which got me from 4.2Ghz to 4.3Ghz prime95 stable and from 4.6Ghz to 4.8Ghz windows stable - but I'm still not overwhelmed by it. The Vendetta has 3 DCHP, this only has two.
I paid $20 for the OCZ before a $15 rebate. Do the math :) |
It doesnt look to be HDT. It actually looks like a cheap better than stock cpu cooler replacement. I like it.

Only 2 heat pipes? no way.. This things not gonna cool anything.. Lets say 4 pipes minimum crossed + completely made from copper maybe.

Its supposed to be a cheap upgrade from stock cooling, not high end : ]
Should work great for those who need it. |
