Opinions on this Mouse/Gamepad Combo?

I think its a neat idea, but im wondering about the comfort of using it as a gamepad for extended periods.

The bottum of mouses tend to get dirty and worn after a while.

I personally think its a bad idea, because the buttons will be sticking way quicker because of all the little dust and grime that would build up just from regular use of the mouse.

yeah i think it is neat, but not practical. unless you go to a lot of LAN parties or events where space is a premium, you are much better off getting a game controller and a good mouse separately.
