Will trade the 1000W PSU for a smaller PSU (400-500W) plus cash - modular preferred
1TB or larger USB 3.0 hard drive
32GB USB 3.0 flash drive
Maybe a low-end SB setup

Whats a low end SB setup? Small Block? Like a 283ci? That's pretty low end. I'd recomend at least a 350ci or 400ci :D :D

I have all sorts of computer stuffs atm. Maybe I have what your looking for. :)

Did you sell the 1kw psu?

t_ski Jul 24, 2011 08:09 PM

No, the 1KW PSU is currently in my main rig, but will be replaced tomorrow by a Corsair AX1200. If you want it, it's yours. BTW, by "SB" I mean Sandy Bridge.

Ah I'm building a m-atx SB rig myself. What did you want for the 1k?

damn I just bought an i7 cooler the other day. >.< Might be interested in that 9800. Will it beat a 5670? I can't buy anything until the end of the week though.

Regarding the Samsung SyncMaster 2493HM 24" LCD monitors (1920 x 1200),

Is this monitor 1920x1200 native? I have the Samsung 2494 24" (1920x1080) and I am interested in dual monitors only it the models are the same. Is resolution the only difference between the two models?

I have no clue, as I have never owned a 5670. The kids game on a BFG version of the same card all the time, but I never used this one for games. I bought it with my own money for my PC at work (dual 20" Dell 2007FP's, 1600x1200 each), but brought it back home when I got something else to use there.

Yes, these are 1920x1200 native, but I think they can do 1920x1080. However, the screen from top to bottom is going to be a bit longer than the 2494. Inside the bezel mine measure roughy 20.5" x 12.75". I don't know much else about the 2494 that you have, but these rotate along with the height and tilt adjustment.

SAMSUNG 2493HM Glossy Black 24" 5ms DVI HDMI Wides...

I just bought the chip somewhere else because I only needed one, and it was much cheaper.
