Amd phenom ii x6 1055t overclock

here is my beginning bios (everything manual should be auto)

i set my memclock value to 1333
TCL=9
TRCD=9
TRP=9
TRAS=24
TRC=33

i have already turned cool n quiet off, and c1e support
