560ti' card requires 2 pins? or 1pin?

NVIDIA should have launched the 560 Ti a week earlier and shud have given the board partners the gpu and the specs and to;d them to do whatever they like with the board and the cooler...
Except EVGA not even a single popular Nvidia board partner has come with the reference design...
So had the done that they would have got only more profits...
