First thought, "Wow. That's a nice-looking fan controller". :)

LOL @ NZXT for using a Cooler Master HAF 912 xP

TheLaughingMan May 12, 2011 06:10 PM

The fan controller from the Phantom can now be purchases as a add on card. Nice.

i want one looks simple

MRCL May 12, 2011 06:37 PM

Looks like an equalizer. Equalizers are cool. Me like.

Mistral May 12, 2011 06:47 PM

Looks good. After the Sentry 2 debacle though... Doubt NZXT will repeat the same error, but it'd be nice to get some in-depth reviews on that Mesh.

Looks nice, blends in with the front panel mesh. Plus it has black cables, which will look better in a black interior case. Just a small thing, but I didn't like the colored cables on their previous fan controllers. Plus those dials should def. be more reliable than the touch screen controllers.

I love the look, I thought this might be the fan controller for me, but only 30w per channel means I can't use it...:(

_JP_ May 12, 2011 09:02 PM

I like it. It's simple, clean and not flashy, like most other fan controllers. Matches the mesh on my case too.

AsRock May 12, 2011 09:16 PM

Hope they using top quality sliders or it's going be pretty crappy however from what i see i do like it.

erixx May 12, 2011 09:32 PM

these days of bios controlled fan speeds it seems not a great idea, but it looks good!

a fan controller is always better

also it depends on how many headers you have on your mb

for example, i would never use a Delta straight on a MB, i'd be afraid to fry my board lol

popswala May 12, 2011 10:24 PM

I like it and want it. It'll go perfect with all my other nzxt stuff.

warup89 May 12, 2011 10:51 PM

Finally a fan controller that lets cases with doors, fully close.

Sinzia May 13, 2011 12:15 AM

Hmm, looks nice, I wonder if it supports PWM stuff.

Further research is required!

Yeah I had a Sentry 2 so I know EXACTY what you're talking about. But those used PWM right? This one having sliders rather than electronic touch controls makes me think they would be simple analog circuits. I wouldn't think the same issues could be possible here. But I'm no expert on such matters so I'm only guessing but sometimes simple is best!

Radical_Edward May 13, 2011 06:10 AM

Looks promising, can't complain about that price.

[H]@RD5TUFF May 13, 2011 07:24 AM

Any idea of wattage per channel ?

HXL492 May 13, 2011 08:38 AM

I'd like to see a mesh optical drive

wolf May 13, 2011 08:39 AM

this would look smashing at the top of my old antec 902. I think they've struck a winner on the sheer simplicity of this design.

Thrackan May 13, 2011 09:20 AM

Looks good, but they should have painted the sliders' insides black too.
