Might be a prequel. I though the sequel to metro 2033 is metro 2034.

cant wait for this i honestly felt Metro 2033 was a great game it was fun and the atmosphere was great. this looks even better.

Bad idea imo. Especially experiencing how bad mp was in DeadSpace2 and Bioshock2.

Developers need to learn not every game needs to have mp.

I wouldn't mind. As long as they keep making better and better and stop at three or have a dam good reason to go the way of COD.

The path of the COD is a perverted path with no return or light.

It is on consoles? I hope that doesn't mean they will cave like Crysis and dumb down the graphics to make it playable on consoles, and at the same time cripple the graphics on PC. The insane eye candy was what helped make Metro so good.

I doubt it and I base this off the fact that metro 2033 was too on console and as we both know, the graphics were NOT dumbed down.

I hope they put the flexibilty in it at least as much as they previously did graphics wise! I mean, PCs with all the power needed to max it out could do so while rigs like mine could run it too at acceptible framerates.

Those were tension makers! At least, when following Miller's piece of advice. Throwing knives or one or a few well-aimed Helsing shot(s) - bolts in the head - will do better. The sleeping Librarians can be sent to afterlife via a Helsing shot in the neck or rear head, if you can't get around the creature without waking it.

And I personnally wonder how the devs will deal with the dual ending thing. When continuing where the "Enlightened" ending halted it might get exiting story wise because of the Homo Novice still existing. If they continue from the standard ending however, it will maybe become nothing more than taking down Nosalises that haven't yet realised that there aren't any Homo Novice anymore that force them into the tunnels (and thus could better get back into open air and away from the Humans). Indeed it could also be a matter of clearing D-6 and getting the army stuff stored there to whoop-ass the neo-nazis and neo-communists, but I don't see how that could "work", if you get my meaning.

The first Metro 2033 was on the consoles. I dont see why this would be any different. Having a console version doesnt make a game bad. Being a shitty game makes it bad... Crysis 2.
