for a friend [2500k Z86board]

a friend of mine wants a system similar to mine
so I am looking for the following

a 2500k ( don't care how it clocks)
sata dvdrom
and a Z68 ATX motherboard that supports 8x8
budget is less then 400 bucks
don't need a cooler and I have extra ram and a hdd around so I should be good
